The Three Pillars of Mental Health

To build up a healthy foundation for your mental health, there are three pillars to focus on. This is because researchers have realized that your mental health is just as important for your daily life as your physical health. We may not always think that our mental health suffers from many outside factors, however, daily stress, routine activities, and unresolved emotion can all affect your mental health without you knowing. The three pillars are mental flexibility, mindfulness, and resilience. Each of these needs to be recognized and properly regulated in order to help achieve positive goals within mental health.
