New Leaf Counseling is a local Antioch small business that has been serving the community's mental health needs in the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin area since 2017.
Over the past six years we have grown from one counselor in a tiny 3rd floor small office to now a group of twelve counselors and office staff in a beautiful fully remodeled medical space.
We are a skilled group with experience in school social work, mandated and incarcerated clients, chronic mental illness, families, divorce and co-parenting, marital counseling, and lots of other things on your mind, such as depression, anxiety.
The last few years during the pandemic have been devastating to people's mental health, we understand the toll it has taken on you.
Coming soon! A new location to open in Wisconsin to better serve our Southern Wisconsin clients.

Masters Level Intern
Hello! I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. You may be wondering why, what brought me here? As someone who has had personal experience with mental health challenges, I know that approaching therapy can be intimidating. You may be feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or lost. These feelings are normal and okay, but also not something you need to work through alone. Being human is complicated, we're complex creatures. We all are made up of different genes, upbringings, cultures, and stories. It is my responsibility to see all of who you are and what has gotten you to where you're at right now. We thrive when we feel understood and accepted by others. As we embark on this journey together, my goal is to create an environment in which you feel safe, supported, and heard without fear of being judged. Together, we will identify what your strengths are and how those can be utilized in the therapeutic process.
